When a cat or dog is adopted from the SPA, we interview potential adopters and then introduce them to available animals. Before adopters leave the SPA with their new pet, we ask the adopters to let us know if there are any problems. A few days later, we always call to check with the new owner to make sure things are going well.

I have been fastidious in keeping the virus away, but not everyone seems to care. The other day I stepped outdoors, with my mask on, to take out the trash. My long time neighbor and friend was outside with no mask on. She smiled, began chatting and walking over to me. I put my arm out and asked her to keep her distance. Her expression changed immediately, waving her arms, she turned around and walked away. Was I rude to her?

After a brief halt of operations due to the global coronavirus pandemic, La Colección Resorts has begun reopening its doors to travelers across Mexico. Since June 11, resorts under the brands Live Aqua, Fiesta Americana, Grand Fiesta Americana, and The Explorean began a gradual reopening.
