The leader of the cartel that spread terror in the state of Guanajuato was arrested last Sunday, August 2. The Mexican Army was in charge of his capture with the help of the state attorney general of Guanajuato. He is currently being held by the state authorities, later he will be transferred to the Federal Social Rehabilitation Center better known as "El Altiplano."
