According to the specialized media Forbes, the municipality of San Miguel de Allende will have the first Smart offices type shopping mall. The developer Wollman Property Group (WPG) announced the launching of the Epic Center shopping plaza in San Miguel de Allende, and according to the firm, the shopping plaza will meet the commercial needs of its visitors and the population of San Miguel. 

 

With the construction of Epic Center San Miguel de Allende, there will be 6 shopping centers of the developer, according to reports from Forbes, WPG offers architecture and services designed to help the community, the Epic Center San Miguel will have 86 stores and 58 Smart Offices.

 

In addition, the shopping plaza will have COVID-free spaces, health safety measures, social distancing, and touchless technology, part of the Smart Offices concept and the new requirements due to the global pandemic.

 

Located in front of the Ventanas Golf Club, Epic Center San Miguel de Allende is expected to start construction in May 2021, with no delays, a planned charitable delivery is expected in August 2022, finally the inauguration will be in November 2022.

 

In addition, Front Capital, EGD and Central C will join as allies to the project, all participants promise to deliver the best shopping center in the area in less than 20 months.
