Silveyras

Silveyras

Rubén and Keli are the hosts at Silveyras, and they are the ones who bring it to life. At this unique and cozy place, you’ll be treated as if at home. But that’s not all, they have great food and excellent service as well. In their effort to support the economy of San Miguel, they offer a special dish for only 70 pesos. This dish consists of marinated pork steak with nopales, accompanied with rice and charro beans.

For breakfast here you can find a 3-egg omelet with cheese and meat; a vegetable omelet with spinach, green pepper, mushrooms and onion; sandwiches and chilaquiles. For lunch you can choose between a chicken salad sandwich: chicken, lettuce, mayonnaise, corn, spices; a BLT: bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise; a tuna salad sandwich: tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion; a tuna melt sandwich: toasted bread topped with yellow cheese and a homemade tuna salad. There is also the Southwest panini: ham, cheese, avocado cream, and chipotle mayo; a breaded pork sandwich; cheeseburgers; and bacon sandwich.

To finish off, I tried their cinnamon roll and it turned out to be the best I have had. It is a super soft roll, different from what we are used to. They also have some delicious small muffins in different flavors. You can find them on their social networks as Silveyrassma or at www.silveyrassma.com
