On Tuesday September 22, congresswoman from the National Action Party (PAN) Katya Soto Escamilla appeared at the “La casa del dialogo”, where in addition to showing her initiatives and proposals for the benefit of “Guanajuato families”.

 

The event was held at the La Casona hotel event center and had the corresponding hygiene measures. The event was attended by different civil associations in which they stand out; Mexican Red Cross of San Miguel de Allende A.C, La Biblioteca, Club Rotario Midday A.C and the Food Bank of San Miguel de Allende.

 

Among the initiatives of the deputy, the implementation of the law to protect children from digital violence stands out, in addition to showing initiatives in favor of the inclusion of people with disabilities in the world of work, as well as support for communities. indigenous peoples of Guanajuato, allowing the registration of names in indigenous languages.

 

After the presentation of the legislatures, Deputy Katya opened up questions from the public, the different associations expressed their concerns regarding the needs that each one presents, Leticia Fernández, president of the San Miguel de Allende Red Cross Board, commented on the cases of family violence and the importance of prevention.

 

Also, Juan Mesita, president of the soccer team for the lion amputee, spoke about the importance of the inclusion of sports for the disabled in the state, he mentioned the little support that sports for the disabled have.
