The expansion of the Stant plant in San Miguel de Allende is inaugurated

With the presence of the Governor of Guanajuato Diego Sinhue Vallejo and the Mayor of San Miguel de Allende Luis Alberto Villareal, the expansion of the Stant plant in the Polígono Empresarial (Industrial Park)  was inaugurated.

 

The expansion of the Stant plant plans to employ 500 residents of San Miguel for the next 5 years, according to Governor Sinhue, with an investment of more than 15 million dollars, the expansion of Stant began in the business park in San Miguel de Allende.

 

President Villareal commented, “how good it is here, because if something is missing from the global economy, our country, it is this type of investment that creates jobs,” the president assured that Stant Inc is one of the trusted companies for the San Miguel people, he highlighted his good track record in the 5 years that he has operated in the San Miguel territory.

 

For his part, Governor Sinhue commented, “It is an adverse scenario, given the crisis caused by this Covid-19, but actions like this reflect a lot of commitment, and represents the great value that Stant has in Guanajuato.”

 

Stant Inc is the first North American company to settle in the San Miguel de Allende industrial park in 2015, with an investment of 50 million dollars, the company inaugurated the park, generating more than 600 direct jobs in the municipality.

 

Stant Inc is known within the automotive industry as a leader in the manufacture of steam management systems, fuel delivery and engineering services.
