Officials from the Fire Department and Civic Protection, attended an emergency at Farmacia Guadalajara in Ancha de San Antonio.

 

After 40 minutes of joint efforts by the fire department and the Red Cross, a 19-year-old man was released was taken to the hospital. According to the report, the young man was maneuvering merchandise, he was pressed by an elevator machine located in the basement of the building.

 

After the rescue, the young man was taken to the hospital for prompt attention, in serious condition.

 

After the incident, an inspection took place and it was detected that internal regulations of Civil Protection weren’t fulfilled, which is why the pharmacy was closed.

 

Farmacia Guadalajara must meet and comply with the requirements of the internal Civil Protection regulations for its reopening.
